Funk-mo? Journalistic creativity reaches new lows

It seems like everyone reviewer worth his weight in peanuts has been trying to find some really inventive and catchy genre to fit Gang Awry into. The genre title funk-mo has been thrown around, but i wont go any further for it may enduce this writer to commence vomiting. If you ask me, and no one does, all these individuals with attachments on their foreheards and useless burger degrees from Macdonalds would be doing themselves a favour if they just concerned themselves more with cutting off their typing fingers than conjuring gay genres. People like this are responsible for rap-metal.

Gang awry put it best themselves "This is not some pastiche rock n’ roll act."

Ok, now heres my attempt at some of the descriptive endeavours of other journalists. Gang Awry could simply be described as funky. I'd prefer dealing in simple terms as specifics tend to miss the point of Gang awry... that is... that there is a point, but possibly we are not supposed to know. The secrets to style and energy that Gang awry embody must be secrets better left that way, your black eyed pea james blunt fans may not have the intellectual depth or funk-fueled soul to enable them to survive an intake of such class.

I think musical integrity and class is where I'll leave my description of Gang Awry.

Ofcourse, check their myspace to see for yourself. The Single "Needing a new high" is available for download!. This blogger would go as far as saying its one of the most under rated singles of all time.
