Its been a while. I fell into possession of a time machine, and it did naughty things to me. It took me back to the early 1980's, and here is what I saw and heard.
MP3:Nancy Nova - Made In Japan
Slow Children - President I Am
Hey! Elastica - Eat Your Heart Out
The Models - God Bless America
Wow what a trip. I think I like this time machine. Here is a photo I took of it.

i hate (most) 80's music.. +shudder+
WTF!!!
80's music rulz.
60s, 70s, 90s, 00s > 80s
i disagree...i think the 80's was a pivotal decade in music. in my opinion, pop music attained perfection. no one since had done pop music as good as it was done in the 80's. it spawned new-wave, post-punk, hip hop. electronic music and metal exploded. scratch below the surface and there was so much seminal and innovative music that came from the 80's. there was plenty of rubbish, but the 80's has so much quality, plus much of the music from that decade is so much fun.
im not saying it was the best decade musically, i think the 60's and 70's have a good argument for #1 but the best of the 80's is as good as the best from those decades.
Thank you very, very much.
I searched for Nancys Made in Japan (as an mp3 in good quality) for the last 15 years or so.
The last song I'm looking for is
"After The Fire - Laser Love".
