America: The source of Amusement (but not amusing sitcoms)

I like funny things. They amuse me. Sometimes they only have to be shiny things and I'll be amused. I'm sure that doesn't say much for my ability to source material that the average reasonable person may find funny, but nonetheless, I will attempt to show you something that I found quite amusing indeed!

Auto-tune is a wonderful thing. It can turn the most woeful, dull voice into a glittering pop sensation. Just look at Brian McFadden. Poor baby faced McFadden.
If he was to sing his entire album without the magical auto-tune, there would be young tweens and teeny boppers dropping dead from brain haemorrhage's all over the place. Mums and Dads would take to the streets, pitchforks in hands, to demand the removal of McFadden's voice box. It would be anarchy.

But, in getting back to what I was originally talking about; I'd like to show you a video. It's in 2 parts. This has been circulating the net for a little while now, so you may have seen it. But it it aroused my interest a bit so I thought I'd share.

Naturally this amuses me on a superficial level, what with the crazy brother giving his side of the events.

But it also goes a little deeper than that... 'Oooooooo' I hear you say. Or perhaps that's just in my head.

Yep. Definitely in my head.

This next video demonstrates the way in which pop music has used and abused Auto-tune in order to have a sweet and delicious body on TV. It amuses me because it emphasizes just how shit Kesha is. Now she is one deplorable bitch that has never sung a note in her life. A testament to the wonders of Auto Tune!

Enjoy!
