Ok Ok, So here at whiteboydancefloor we often make some fairly overstated remarks. And while I cannot actually guarantee that your blood will spill tonight, there is a remarkably high probability that it will happen should you encounter these young western sydney lads whilst walking to your favourite diner to endulge in a chocolate malt.
Burning these Bridges consists of five lads formerely from the pedigree of such Penrith prominents as Thoughts of Yesterday. The music is ferocious and relentless in delivery, not necessarily relying on mere repetitive blast beats or sonata artica 45 minute speed solo's to do so. The music is a brew of shredding guitars with impinging solos that vomit out of purgatory roaring over blood curdlying vocals. Unlike many of their genre's counterparts Burning these Bridges need not waste any Arteyu-time in reminiscent pop punking melody so as to take a rest from the strains on the vocal chords. Sorry yanks, but Burning these Bridges is western sydney hardcore you motherfucker... it doesnt concern itself with taking a breath!
While not currently gigging, the fella's have stated they will be gigging mid 2006 with an ep release hopefully somewhere around that time aswell. But for now you'll just have to take my word for it, their music will transfer to a blood spilling live affair.
While one could put this on at their next ultra-rad shindig and be mistaken for assuming these guys are the next big signing for Victory Records, the music proves that you dont need to be american, know an american or have the best make up artist to fuckin blow some balls off.
