This song makes you nostalgic about events that never occurred, people who never existed and feelings you never felt. It is the sound of being young; loving and resenting your life in equal measures. It is both the blind optimism and the objectless yearning that only being a teenager can bring. It makes you remember the time that you wish things were better, but you knew that those were the best days of your life. Those feelings are crystallised in this one spectacular song, and from what I have heard so far, one spectacular album.
