By now you've probably seen the Spike Jonze X Beastie Boys vid, which combines two of my favourite things together in one amazing clip. If you haven't, well feast your eyes on this. It's not as amazing as the 'Fight For Your Right Revisited' clip but Spike Jonze could direct me vomiting after a big night and it'd still be a beautiful thing.
Well now for a measly $750 you can get your hands on the Bathing Ape X Beastie Boys collectors edition figurines. Yeah, pretty cheap huh. So cheap you should just pick me up some too. Or pay my rent for the month plus some.

Following The Beatles re-issues comes the Beastie Boys digitally re-released album 'Hello Nasty'. This includes 21 bonus tracks of "rarities & skits". On October 30th, the physical re-release of the album will include a limited edition 4-album vinyl release (1,500 copies) that includes the digital download as well as an "8 panel gatefold package, lenticular cover, and hardcover ‘coffee table book’ case.

Although treatable the guys decided to cancel their summer touring schedule to give the due time for his recovery. Get well soon and I hope it doesn't ruin your amazing raspy voice.
Besides that whole Kanye vs Taylor thing at the latest VMA awards. The highlight for me was that the Beastie Boys won a belated moonman for their filmclip 'Sabotage', directed by my all time favourite director Spike Jonze.
