Let's Start A Revolution Baby
Bring back guitars I say. Shredding solos, wonderful legato riffage with no predetermined path and guitarists who tap away on the fretboard armed with that wailing tone of metal guitarists of the distant past. Bring back vocal harmonies and melodies. Then tear them apart in an instant with a roar and scream which are sharpened by precise high-hat slaps, then blunted by a pounding bass. Rip out that black metal band shirt and fly kick the air. Behind Crimson Eyes certainly have brought all of this to their craft. See this band live if you have the chance. I know you want to. I did. Emo/metalcore/whatever is here to stay. It feels really good somehow. Its Shakedown, Shakedown baby.

I don't know Chris. It reminds me of the days when i thought 'The Getaway Plan' where cool. I think its a fad face that kids grow out of as they grow old. But ill give it the fact that its catchy as hell and i also liked 'The art of war' by the boys back in the day.
yes i do agree with you there in part...however in the medium term at least this music wont be going anywhere, its good to see that the kids are listening to some music that is created with some sort of technical ability at the very least
live they were very impressive..kids were beating the hell out of each other, Art of War was probabaly their best track when they played live..so much fun
it's one of those bands that i would go oh eww no way but i mean they certainly do get the foot tapping.
not short im sold on the vocals much but like i said, i can say what i like, i toe-tapped, id toe tap again
I hate wat this music does to children.
